Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with instructors and authorized Pantheon Prep staff as necessary to deliver our services.
FERPA Compliance
Pantheon Prep handles student education records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students and eligible parents may request access to education records by contacting us directly.
Data Storage
All data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL) with industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting admin@pantheonprep.com.
